The creator of the ADIPSD idea and main generator is Armins Kalnins (Chairman of the Board) - with experience in the implementation of complex and innovative projects. In recent years he has been actively working to unite and coordinate the position of various NGOs representing people with special needs and disabilities in relation to the integration policy of new technologies with the State Information Systems (including state emergency services).
Edmunds Akitis (Member of the board) - Experienced crisis management expert blending academic knowledge and practical work with European Comission and national government. Humanitarian Aid experience accumulated over the years supporting state and non governmental sector in Ukraine's complex emergency.
With a desire to change the security environment, Armīns and Edmunds complement each other in this innovative and purposeful field.
